Our first visit to Park West Veterinary Associates was great. They were very accommodating and our vet Dr Mercedes spent a lot of time with us. She took the time to learn about Walter our new pup but she also took time to know us.

I just want to share how much we truly appreciate Park West Vet Associates. We have always appreciated their professional and care of our fur babies; two weeks ago we had to put our senior girl down. It was the most devastating thing our family has been through and I wouldn't wish that pain on my worst enemy. Having said that, Park West Vet staff sat with us, cried with us, and we know that our sweet girl crossed the rainbow bridge with comfort and love. They sent us a handwritten letter of condolence and I know they truly care for our pets the way we do. Thank you all again. Highly recommend.

We love Dr. Schmidt and Dr. Decker and all of the staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable and caring. The care that was given to Nero during his final months and the kindness and support for our family when Nero passed away was beyond wonderful. We highly recommend Park West Vet.

This practice has the best customer service of any business I know. I love that there are knowledgeable people as first contact either on the phone or in person. It is a stark difference from so many places you call. There are so many great things about the practice. The personal attention. The responsiveness. The willingness to answer any question. The follow up from the vets themselves after what must be a really long day. The attitude of every single person. Honestly, everyone acts like greeters at Disneyworld. Happy, positive and helpful. I just love this practice.

We love PW Vet. Dr. Butler has been our vet since we moved to MP in 2016. Whenever we've had a problem he's been there and has made time to see us. He calls us himself with test results, fields our many questions, and is just a great, down-to-earth guy that we trust implicitly. The staff is all great too, even as they have grown by leaps and bounds. They make you feel like family and take extra care with our nervous rescue. Everyone is kind, friendly, and accommodating, and we're always given a quick appointment when there's an issue that needs to be checked out. We never feel like a bother or that we're not important. We so appreciate the gentle way you all care for Piper.

We didn't receive good news in terms of Layla's health, but it was handled well and we discussed multiple treatment options which helped us move quickly in the best way possible. Quality work from caring staff. You can tell everyone from top to bottom truly loves animals.
